J.N. Guitars Bessie Series BES-ACE TRB Auditorium Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar, Transparent Red Burst

Ergonomically designed for comfort, especially for players with a smaller body or reach, the Bessie from J.N. Guitars is a slim, balanced auditorium cutaway that still delivers powerful sound projection. Smaller than a dreadnought, the auditorium shape offers a great mix of comfort and functionality without losing presence, and it’s popular with folk players and fingerstyle guitarists who want to move easily across every register.

The solid spruce top is paired with sapelli back and sides for a warm, clear tone, while a mahogany neck and blackwood fingerboard and bridge give smooth playability and lasting durability. A bone nut and compensated bone saddle help with accurate intonation, and the black, white and black rosette with white ABS neck and body binding gives it a smart, classic finish. The Transparent Red Burst high gloss finish makes it a real stage-ready head turner, and diecast nickel machine heads keep tuning stable.

Plugged in, it’s equipped with an under saddle transducer and CL-4 preamp developed by B-Band, with volume, bass and treble controls (±12dB), a built-in chromatic tuner, phase control, a low battery indicator and a 6.35mm (1/4") output jack. It comes strung with D’Addario EXP strings, ready to play and ready to gig.
