Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses in Ireland and Northern Ireland only. We do not ship outside of the island of Ireland at this time.

Click & Collect

You can choose to collect your order in person from our store at New Building Lane, Kilkenny, Co. Kilkenny, R95 DX7W, free of charge. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout, and we will email you once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a form of ID when collecting.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery location. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Standard orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an updated timeframe.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our couriers or events outside our reasonable control, though we will do our best to keep you updated if a delay occurs.

Large and Heavy Items

Pianos, PA systems, amplifiers, and other large or heavy equipment cannot be sent with our standard courier service. For these items, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange delivery separately, which may involve a specialist courier and a different timeframe or cost than shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Where tracking is available from our courier, we will include the tracking details in that email.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@brodericksmusic.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and put things right.
