D'Addario Micro Tuner PW-CT-12

D’Addario NS Micro Headstock Tuner (PW-CT-12)

A compact clip-on tuner that stays out of sight and out of the way, the D’Addario NS Micro Headstock Tuner is designed by Ned Steinberger and tucks neatly behind the headstock, so it blends into your instrument rather than spoiling its looks. It’s small and light enough to leave clamped on while the guitar is in its case, so it’s always there when you need it.

A highly sensitive piezo transducer picks up the vibration of the instrument rather than the sound, which means accurate tuning even in a noisy rehearsal room or on a busy stage. The multi-colour backlit LCD makes it easy to see whether you’re sharp, flat, or in tune, and the screen can be set in four viewing orientations (two vertical, two horizontal), so you can mount it on the front or back of the headstock and still read it clearly.

A wide calibration range of 410Hz to 480Hz covers alternative reference pitches, and a ratchet clamp holds it securely in place through a gig. Suitable for acoustic and electric guitars, basses, mandolins, banjos and other stringed instruments, it’s powered by an included CR2032 battery with an auto-off function to save power.
