Hidersine Hiderpaste Peg Paste

A traditional formulation designed by Hidersine in the mid-20th century, Hiderpaste has been a staple in violin repair workshops for decades. Just a small amount of this black paste stops wooden pegs from slipping while ensuring they continue to turn smoothly, even as pegs bind or slip due to atmospheric and humidity changes.

To apply, simply remove the peg from the pegbox and rub the paste block onto the two sections of the peg shaft that contact the pegbox, then re-insert and turn a few times to spread it evenly. Suitable for violin, viola, cello, and double bass pegs, and trusted by professional violinists and leading violin shops worldwide.
